Sadie Nelson

Sadie commenced working at Angela Sdrinis Legal in 2023, having recently graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences and Bachelor of Law (Honours). She completed her practical legal training in 2024 and was admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2025.
Having obtained a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences, Sadie is well-equipped to facilitate a trauma-informed approach to clients’ matters.
Sadie has largely worked on the Ashley Youth Detention Centre (AYDC) Class Action. This case was Tasmania’s first class action, and the case reached a settlement of $75 million in 2024.
Sadie will be taking on individual institutional abuse matters later in 2025.
