Phoebe Charters

Phoebe graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2023. She completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in November 2025 and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria on 24 February 2026.
Phoebe has worked within the Institutional Abuse team since June 2023 and has worked for a number of clients who attended Beaumaris Primary School, Sandringham Technical School and other State and private schools. She also assisted in pursuing claims against the State of Victoria, State of Western Australia, the Department of Education in Victoria, the Salvation Army, Anglicare, the Scout Association of Victoria and New South Wales, and the Commonwealth of Australia.
Phoebe is dedicated to seeking justice and supporting her clients through sharing their story and attaining the compensation they rightly deserve.
